This is a framework agreement to introduce regularly assets from Titans RE brokerage portfolio to end-clients of selected Buyer Introducing Partners.

General Information for Introducers:

• Titans RE works with family offices, private banks, EAMs, art dealers, law offices, fund managers and qualified hotel brokers.

• For each introducer, the standard requirements in the agreement below are mandatory. For some assets, additional requirements might apply.

• Success Fees for transactions are in most cases payable by the end-buyer.

• Accredited Introducers will obtain 1-2x per month deal reports with new assets and/or factsheets.
