To access our Transaction Opportunities a Profile or Priority Club Membership is required. Only qualified profiles will be able to get the properties.

    💡Creating a profile does not create any legal duties for the user. The profile is used to ensure accurate match quality and for qualifying.

  • Operators that are interested in lease deals or in Joint Venture Deals (partnering up with a capital partner) are required to create first a profile and get verified by our Team before getting access to our Hotels Portfolio and initiating any JV Deals.

  • The creation of a profile is free and recommended. The Residences Portfolio shows only a fraction of our complete offering. You also benefit from pre-sale opportunities where you can reserve as first-mover the best-view properties in new projects. You can submit anytime a new Profile should your investment scope evolve.

  • ◾The BI Program is open for: Private Banks, Family offices, Art gallery owners, Tax advisors, Franchisors, Clubs, Event organizers, Architects, Valuation professionals, Private school staff and any other professionals with direct HNWI access.

    1. Authorization: Introducers must obtain the end-client’s consent.

    2. Whitelisting: After signing the BI Agreement, which includes an NDA, client names must be disclosed to Titans RE.

    3. Relationship: This agreement is valid for end-clients only. Contact us if you have no direct access to the end-client.

    4. Liability: Introducers are responsible for accurate and timely information exchange between clients and Titans RE.

    5. Investment Volume: Only transactions within the client’s financial capacity should be pursued. Proof of funds will be requested during transactions.
