For the maximum reach public marketing campaigns with property name, address and images would be used on many different channels, incl. our own platforms which are regularly visited by investors and professionals from more than 40 countries in the hotel and real estate investment fields.

The property will be anonymized (no name, no address) and added to our Portfolio to which qualified and known investment groups are invited with Pitches. They can sign our NDA to get the address. The ownership will be informed when the Buyer signs the NDA and passes our internal checks.
This method is a safe yet partially scalable way of doing business development for the ownership.

The property will not enter our Portfolio nor any othe public domains. Suitable investors will be sourced in our buyers base and directly pitched (visits, calls, emails). Only our Priority Club (well-known buyers) might see the address for analytic purposes prior to signing a NDA. Other (active) buyers will also need to go through NDA process first.
Please note that this method is very heavy, restricting the marketability of the asset considerably and might be subject to upfront or monthly fees.
