Requirements
Titans RE works with corporate procedures to ensure high confidentiality, fast processing and happy clients.

Intermediaries must inform and get authorization from the Ownership to use Titans RE as their buy-side partner

Owners must provide proof of ownership
Intermediaries must confirm that they have verified the link between owners and the asset they submit to Titans RE

A valuation report and/or latest available financials of the property should be provided
Other required files must be ready to be shared with Titans RE within 3 working days when a potential client is introduced:
Documentation for Hotels:
◾Data Room (if available)
◾Valuation Report
◾Floorplans (in DWG/PDF)
◾Financials
◾Official documents (Cadastral registration, company registration, ownership information, etc)Documentation for Residences:
◾Detailed Exposé or at least:◾Floorplans (for each unit to be sold)
◾Professional (3D) images and videos (alternatively our Art Director can produce these for you)
◾Asking Price, Downpayment & Payment Plans (if applicable)
◾Table of available units (for projects with multiple units only)
◾Official documents (Cadastral registration, ownership information, etc)
◾Other relevant information (valuation reports, certifications, authorizations, mortgage documentation, etc.)

An initial NDA for free information exchange must be e-signed

Owners: The regular Success Fee for Hotel Owners is between 2-2.5% (for sale deals) or 2-3 monthly rents (for lease deals)
Intermediaries: Either a direct brokerage agreement between Titans RE and the Owner or a Fee Split Agreement with the Intermediary will be proposed.

About Our Sales Methods

The property will be anonymized (no name, no address) and added to our Portfolio to which qualified and known investment groups are invited with Pitches. They can sign our NDA to get the address. The ownership will be informed when the Buyer signs the NDA and passes our internal checks.
This method is a safe yet partially scalable way of doing business development for the ownership.

The property will not enter our Portfolio nor any othe public domains. Suitable investors will be sourced in our buyers base and directly pitched (visits, calls, emails). Only our Priority Club (well-known buyers) might see the address for analytic purposes prior to signing a NDA. Other (active) buyers will also need to go through NDA process first.
Please note that this method is very heavy, restricting the marketability of the asset considerably and might be subject to upfront or monthly fees.
