Account Manager

We are looking for a Client Consultant with Real Estate Background and a passion for calling clients and prospects.

    • Follow-up Calls: Our team pitches everyday a number of investors which will get a gentle call from you to follow-up

    • Discovery Calls: For new buyers that have been onboarded 4-6 weeks before and have been positively evaluated by the Portfolio Analyst, the Client Consultant would give a call and develop a relationship. To highly potential buyers, you may offer an individual opportunity analysis by our investment analysts

    • Brainstorming Calls: You may join the Broker and Analyst in some meetings where a deal is being discussed in detail

    • Sell-side Calls: You may also do calls with new and existing scouts and cooperation partners to generate new properties

    • Pitching: Thanks to our user-friendly internal AI-tools, you can generate and send deal match reports and other pitch files to suitable buyers.

    • Other sales support tasks as needed

    • Sound experience in commercial real estate, ideally related to hospitality

    • Similar experience with real estate clients

    • Winner personality with can-do attitude

    • Reliable personality able to work autonomously

    • Professional English is required, German is a plus

    • Part-time and fully remote (daily calls during office hours)

    • Existing portfolio and a growing pipeline of leads waiting for you

    • Simple and easy to handle process and system with automations

    • Work with young professionals with Swiss banking background and hotel real estate experience

 
 
 
 

Transaction Manager (40-80%), German-Speaker

We are looking for a Real Estate (Junior) Transaction Manager to manage our growing real estate transactions.

    • Onboarding: Attend to (virtual) meetings with stakeholders and support the Onboarding Team through quality checks and trainings in the analysis of profiles of investors, tenants, properties (mainly hotels) and data entry.

    • Sales: Manage the sales activities with our in-house matching and pitching tools and follow-up (call and email) on pitched opportunities.

    • Transactions: Facilitate the transaction initiation for Buyers and Sellers with thoughtful communication and problem-solving skills.

    • Analysis: Handle the financial analysis and perform high-level valuations of commercial real estate, perform due diligence checks and contribute to documentations.

    • 3-5 years of real estate experience, ideally in the commercial/hospitality real estate

    • Proficient in working with procedures and CRM systems

    • German and professional English (written and spoken)

    • High quality awareness, ability to work independently in a remote environment, meet deadlines

    • Short-term travels might be required occasionally to Switzerland

    • Growing & maintaining our network of broker partners and referral agents

    • Lead management in our CRM

    • Studying investor profiles and matching with suitable properties and services

    • Drafting Project Applications and Business Proposals

    • Support in the planning and implementation of marketing activities

    • Management of Social Media channels, Email Campaigns and Blogs to promote properties & services

    • Creation of contents and marketing materials

    • Assistance to client projects, incl. business plans, market studies, storyboards for video productions, etc.

    • Supporting the Brokers to promote properties (creating documentation, sharing on platforms, connecting with sellers to obtain missing information, etc.)

    • Analyzing properties and sub-markets

    • Research & analysis tasks for business plans and studies

    • Development & optimization of internal processes and tools

    • Students, Graduates and Career Changers are welcome

    • Preference is given to applicants with a first experience in the field they are applying for and who show a genuine interest in real estate

    • Reliable personality able to work autonomously

    • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint

    • Professional English required, any other language is a plus
