Transaction Advisor | Advisory Board Role
MRICS-certified Real Estate Expert, 10-20% remote

As part of our expansion, we are establishing an Advisory Board to strengthen strategic oversight and transaction expertise. This is an advisory role designed for highly ambitious real estate professionals with an analytical background, allowing them to continue their active careers while gaining their first advisory experience in large-scale, cross-border real estate transactions.

  • Assess properties across our global pipeline and deliver real estate-driven analytical insights to support the development of tailored investment cases for a range of investor profiles.

    • Asset Evaluation: Provide in-depth assessments covering submarket dynamics, highest and best use, product–market fit, pricing benchmarks (asking price vs. market value), capex and renovation requirements, demand segmentation, key value drivers (including geopolitical factors), and other pre-development considerations to position assets as compelling investment opportunities.

    • Buyer Alignment: Offer well-founded recommendations on ideal buyer profiles, operator concepts, club deal structures, joint venture setups, and financing strategies to ensure optimal investor alignment.

    • Transaction Workshops: Contribute/lead occasional transaction workshops, which Titans RE will offer soon to its Priority Club and its buyers in active transactions.

    • Service Development: Actively shape the evolution of our service offering, including micro-hospitality advisory, brand license distribution, valuation services, and the group tourism spin-off of Titans RE (www.group-getaways.com).

    • 5+ years of relevant experience in commercial real estate, investment, or valuation

    • Strong experience in asset analysis, valuation, underwriting, and conversion, with a solid real estate track record

    • MRICS or equivalent real estate qualification preferred

    • Outstanding written and presentation communication skills

Senior Transaction Advisor | Advisory Board Role
Established Dealmaker in Hotel Real Estate, 10-20% remote

This role is designed for experienced and well-connected industry leaders who wish to contribute at a strategic level and selectively leverage their professional network.

  • Advisory: Prepare and provide strategic input for the weekly Titans Real Estate Committee and through occasional written (second) opinions on topics such as:

    • New Assets: Provide your views on pricing, positioning, capital structure and other factors to qualify properties and projects before onboarding

    • Ideal Buyer Profiles: Advise on investor segmentation and geographic targeting strategies based on your experience and market understanding

    • Transaction Guidance: Provide guidance on deal structuring, Joint-Venture frameworks, negotiation strategy, and transaction closing

    • Service Development: Contribute to the evolution of our services to address emerging industry challenges and create new revenue streams

    Introductions: With direct access to internal deal flow in 20+ countries, you will be able to introduce properties to your professional network or introduce owners to Titans RE.

    • 10+ years experience in real estate investment, franchise, private equity, or structured hospitality transactions

    • Proven transaction track record in mid to large-cap deals

    • Strong financial literacy, structuring and underwriting experience

    • Established real estate network, landlords/owners, fund representatives, family offices or private investors

Hospitality Consultant
Former Hoteliers with Tourism & RE experience, 80-100% remote

Titans RE is a Zurich-based real estate company specializing in advisory and brokerage of hospitality investment opportunities and is entering its next phase of growth. We operate with a structured, data-driven approach, connecting curated hospitality assets with selected investors and operators across Europe and other international markets. To extend our advisory services to new fields and to further strengthen our transaction capabilities, we are looking for a dynamic Hospitality Consultant.

    • Consulting: Originate and advise on opportunities with hotel and BnB operators and entrepreneurs, supporting the development and enhancement of micro-hospitality concepts. Provide guidance on space utilization, branding, brand licensing, franchising, and transaction-related workshops.

    • Assessments: Conduct analysis of sub-markets, asset performance, concepts, and value-creation potential of hotels and other property types. Support valuation and transaction processes, and identify suitable buyers and operators aligned with targeted expansion strategies and risk profiles.

    • Committees: Actively participate in weekly committees, contributing to the internal development and market positioning of Titans RE and its spin-off, Group Getaways.

    • 5+ years of combined experience in hotel operations and hospitality real estate, including development, valuation, or transaction advisory

    • Degree from a leading hospitality school or RICS certification

    • Strong communication skills, with a confident and engaging personality

    • Start-up mindset with a hands-on approach

    • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
