Deal Advisor Program
For independent advisors outside Hotel RE,
Launch in Q3 2026

As part of this expansion, we are launching our exclusive Deal Advisor Program, designed for independent strategic networkers across specific regions and investor segments. The program enables experienced advisors to enter the hotel real estate industry and build substantial earnings through a triple-commission model.

    • Titans RE operates a dynamic deal pipeline that responds to geopolitical developments, with in-house pre-analysis and an advisor-friendly setup backed by an experienced team.

    • Deal Advisors work remotely with regular check-ins with program management. They are featured on our platform, formally certified, and positioned to build authority and exclusivity in their respective markets.

    • Private Buyers: You will receive selected opportunities from Titans RE that match your regional and segment focus, to be introduced at your own pace within your relevant network.

    • Assets: Introduce property sale mandates that meet Titans RE standards, including hotels, serviced apartments, student accommodation, hotel-convertible office buildings and residential blocks.

    • Services: Introduce hospitality consulting services from Titans RE as well as Local Discovery solutions from its spin-off Group Getaways to managers and operators of hotels, apartments, corporate housings and BnBs.

    • Proven track record in a network-driven deal environment.

    • Seasoned independent advisors with an established network in wealth management, private investment advisory, art, yachting, luxury jewelry, private aviation, high-end real estate, or private concierge services.

    • A brokerage license, where required by local law.

    • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.

    • Success Fee for closed transactions and service agreements resulting from your introductions.

    • A strategic platform for experienced professionals to leverage their network and participate in transactions while maintaining their primary professional activity (subject to conflict-of-interest guidelines).

    • Representation on Titans RE platform and channels.

    • Fully remote, bi-weekly check-in calls with program management.

Senior Transaction Advisor | Advisory Board Role
Established Dealmaker in Hotel Real Estate

This role is designed for experienced and well-connected industry leaders who wish to contribute at a strategic level and selectively leverage their professional network.

  • Advisory: Prepare and provide strategic input for the weekly Titans Real Estate Committee and through occasional written (second) opinions on topics such as:

    • New Assets: Provide your views on pricing, positioning, capital structure and other factors to qualify properties and projects before onboarding

    • Ideal Buyer Profiles: Advise on investor segmentation and geographic targeting strategies based on your experience and market understanding

    • Transaction Guidance: Provide guidance on deal structuring, Joint-Venture frameworks, negotiation strategy, and transaction closing

    • Service Development: Contribute to the evolution of our services to address emerging industry challenges and create new revenue streams

    Introductions: With direct access to internal deal flow in 20+ countries, you will be able to introduce properties to your professional network or introduce owners to Titans RE.

    • 10+ years experience in real estate investment, franchise, private equity, or structured hospitality transactions

    • Proven transaction track record in mid to large-cap deals

    • Strong financial literacy, structuring and underwriting experience

    • Established real estate network, landlords/owners, fund representatives, family offices or private investors

    • Opportunity to take first seats on the Advisory Board of an ambitious and innovative company and actively shape forward-thinking, non-traditional solutions to classic brokerage challenges.

    • Internal commission split and expense allowance

(Junior) Feasibility Advisor
Hotel Real Estate From Analysis to Execution,
20-30% remote

As a Feasibility Advisor, you will work on real opportunities across international markets, contributing to valuation, feasibility, and investment case development while supporting client-facing activities.

    • Assess and onboard properties, and present them to internal committees by conducting valuation and feasibility analysis for investment cases.

    • Support the business development of services through client interactions.

    • Produce autonomously investment cases, valuations, market studies, feasibility studies, and business plans in industry quality and within deadlines.

    • 2+ years of relevant real estate experience in feasibility, investment, or valuation (DCF)

    • Ability to work with limited quantitative data in unknown markets

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Real Estate

    • Very good written and presentation skills

    • The role offers either an hourly rate or a basic fixed monthly compensation - with or without a commission participation.

Operations Assistant
All-rounder Support role,
80–100% remote

As an Operations Assistant, you will support day-to-day operations, ensure structured data and processes, and contribute across projects, research, and commercial activities within an international environment.

    • Project Assistance: Support hospitality projects through research, analysis, drafting studies – such as sub-market analyses, business plans, concept studies, gap asseessments –  with senior guidance, manage tasks and correspond with customers and partners.

    • Sales Support: Manage and build our pipeline for our services to Hotel and Project Owners, including identifying prospects, drafting outreach and nurture messages, analyzing relevant industry news and handling follow-ups.

    • Meetings: Help the team to attend customer and partner meetings perfectly prepared (research, customized presentations, service opportunities), take actionable notes and handle post-meeting tasks.

    • Team Support: Align daily with the team on priorities, deadlines, and the status of the pipeline and ongoing projects, ensuring clear communication and timely execution.

    • 3+ years of professional experience, ideally in consulting, project assistance or business development, real estate or backoffice experience in hospitality.

    • Academic background in business administration, finance, real estate or tourism preferred

    • Strong communication skills in English, written and spoken.

    • Data-oriented and tech-affine, with the ability to work with tools, sheets and AI.

    • The role offers a base fixed compensation with occasional performance-based bonuses.

    • This is a fully remote contractor position with the potential to grow within Titans RE or its spin-off, Group Getaways, and gain exposure to established international brands worldwide.

Hospitality Consultant
Former Hoteliers with Tourism & RE experience,
80-100% remote

To extend our advisory services to owners of projects and hotels and to further strengthen our transaction capabilities, we are looking for a dynamic Hospitality Consultant.

    • Consulting: Originate and advise on opportunities with hotel and BnB operators and entrepreneurs, supporting the development and enhancement of micro-hospitality concepts. Provide guidance on space utilization, branding, brand licensing, franchising, and transaction-related workshops.

    • Assessments: Conduct analysis of sub-markets, asset performance, concepts, and value-creation potential of hotels and other property types. Support valuation and transaction processes, and identify suitable buyers and operators aligned with targeted expansion strategies and risk profiles.

    • Committees: Actively participate in weekly committees, contributing to the internal development and market positioning of Titans RE and its spin-off, Group Getaways.

    • 5+ years of combined experience in hotel operations and hospitality real estate, including development, valuation, or transaction advisory

    • Degree from a leading hospitality school or RICS certification

    • Strong communication skills, with a confident and engaging personality

    • Start-up mindset with a hands-on approach

    • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
