At Titans RE, the following models can be applied, depending on the quality of the relationship with your Client.

◾Passive Model: Get 20% of our Success Fee by just getting the consent of your client and submitting their client data through our Website.

◾Active Model: Get 40% of our Success Fee by submitting the client data and provide...

• ...an acceptable proof of funds (eg. bank statement)

• ...other requirements and forms for the transaction (eg. KYC documents, LOI, etc.)

Step1. Sign Agreement: Brokers and other Intermediaries with own Clients interested in buying a Prime Residence through Titans RE can fill out this form. We will review, co-sign and send it back to you same or next business day.

Step2. Refer Clients: Get the consent of your Client and fill out the Client Inquiry Form of the property of interest at www.titans.re/residences. You will be asked after which Referral Model you prefer.

Step3. Claim Referral Fee: Once the referred Client has purchased the property of interest and Titans RE has received its Success Fee, the pay-out of your Referral Fee will be done within 10 working days.
