▪ Dorukhan was from 2018 to 2022 Senior KYC/AML Analyst (New Business Onboarding) at Société Générale Corporate & Investment Banking in Zurich, specializing in higher risk and real estate due diligence for the bank.

▪ He holds a MA with Distinction from the University of Leicester (2013), a BA in International Relations from the Geneva School of Diplomacy (2010) and the Hotel Real Estate Investment and Asset Management Certificate from Cornell University School of Hotel Administration (2022).

▪ Prior to Banking, Dorukhan worked for International Organizations in New York and Geneva and has published analytic reports for ETH Zurich International Relations and Security Network (2011) and ADLAS the Foreign Policy Magazine (2011).

Ramona Sander is advising Titans RE in transactions with higher complexity and business planning and concept-related projects.

She has more than 20 years of experience in ten different federal states of Germany, in Switzerland and in London, including private hotels and Hotel groups from 2-4 star categories.

Ramona conducts performance assessments of all criteria tailored to the Hotel and the location and makes audits for revenue yielding.

Baris Öztürk plays a key role at Titans RE, specializing in Investor Relations and contributing to the strategic growth and engagement with buy-side intermediary accounts.

He has 15 years+ Banking experience and holds a BA in Banking and Finance.

Baris managed from 2017 to 2023 at Credit Suisse innovation, transformation, and digitalization projects with C-Level stakeholders, overseeing 25+ initiatives including sales-enabling projects.

In 2015, Baris co-founded and consulted Business Titans, specializing in creating and upgrading digital, retail and hospitality businesses.

Sam is a seasoned sales professional with over a decade of experience. He has worked with with small bespoke development firms in London, large architecture firms in Europe and a variety of other entities from different industries.

Having a personal interest in real estate investment, Sam is passionate and solutions-oriented and helps sell-side partners to solve the various blocks and challenges in their ambitions to grow and flourish in today’s real estate market.

Eimantas Raziunas is in charge of the analysis of Joint Venture deals at Titans RE and ensures that the opportunities have a high added value for investors.

Eimantas is a strategic thinker with over 5 years of experience in market research, business planning and competitive analysis. He holds a MSc in Business and Organisational Psychology.

He uplifts the value of JV Deals for investors and operators by identifying market gaps and upside potential in operational performance.
