    • Individual Marketing Plan: Our Team will study your property, the sub-market, the potential customer profiles and suggest you individually services to raise the occupancy rates of your property in-line with your investment goals.

    • No minimum Marketing Budgets! You decide whether and how much Marketing Budget you wish to provide and we work with these budgets.


    Third-Party Costs Policy
    :

    • Third-Party Costs are fees that other parties will charge to us for managing your sales (such as platforms, listings, licenses, commissions, etc.)

    • We agree together on the strategies and the costs.

    • For all Third-Party Costs an admin fee of 12%. We also pre-pay most of such costs with our own financial resources.

      Example: 50 Eur platform subscription costs generates 5 Eur admin fees

    Payments: Monthly Fees will be charged in advance and Success Fees and third-party costs at the end of the month.

  • Titans RE offers three pricing plans with the same included and optional services:

    ◾3 Months Plan: 199 EUR monthly fee
    ▪️ 3 Months Contract
    ▪️ 10% Success Fee per Booking
    ▪️ For seasonal flexibility

    ◾6 Months Plan: No monthly fee
    ▪️ 6 Months Contract
    ▪️ 20% Success Fee per Booking
    ▪️ For enhanced performance during dead seasons

    ◾12 Months Plan: No monthly fee
    ▪️ 12 Months Contract
    ▪️ 15% Success Fee per Booking
    ▪️ Ideal to reach your long-term investment goals

    ◾For All Plans: A one-time Check-In Fee of 220 EUR (plus VAT) will cover the initial costs of opening your account, organizing the internal resources, studying your property within the team and adjusting the marketing and sales strategy, as well as to cover a fraction of the intense initial advisory costs.

    Pricing Philosophy: Titans RE makes only profit with the Success Fees for which our team is working hard. The performance of your property is is in our own interest. This is peace of mind while navigating towards your financial freedom.

    Step1. Get a Proposal: Schedule a Call or start directly by requesting your non-binding Proposal. Our team will analyze your request and prepare within 3-5 working days and send it to you.

    Step2. Share Documentation: If you agree so far, you would share the property documentation with us, incl. ownership proof,

    all accesses, docs and pictures can be shared. Our team will study the property strengths, the ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and prepare suitable strategies.

    1. Strategy Meeting: In a separate Strategy Meeting we discuss the following points to finalize our Project Plan:

      • Target audience

      • Content strategy

      • Marketing channels

      • Marketing Budgets for the season
