We currently offer two attractive Cooperation Models for professional Brokers and Strategic Networkers. Simply select the right model for the property you wish to submit.

Co-Brokerage Model

Select this Cooperation Model if you have a direct mandate from the Ownership to Sell or Lease a Property.

  • Please start by signing our NDA for free information exchange. From here you can select which case fits your deal the best:

    1. If you are a Property Owner, you can submit now your Property here.

    2. If you are a Broker/Sales Intermediary with a direct sales authorization from a property owner, submit a Cooperation Inquiry.

    3. If you are a potential Referral Agent with direct to a Broker/Sales Intermediary with a sales authorization from a property owner, move to our Referral Portal.

  • ◾Buy-side Focus

    Properties admitted into our Portfolio will be visited every week by hundreds of highly qualified Buyers, Operators, Investors, Developers and Lenders with major interest in Hospitality and CRE. In addition our Team is pitching True Hits (80% match score or plus) personally to the decision makers.

    ◾Unfair Advantage

    Titans RE operates with automated and audit-trail secured processes for verifications, processing, matching and pitching. Our methods are safe and scalable and can reach impressive numbers of well-segmented and pre-qualified base of buyers, investors, operators, evelopers and lenders.

    This is thanks to our investments into our in-house developed tools and platform, internal quality checks, latest AI technology and Hotel Brokers with a strong network and nexus to the financial world.

    This gives our unfair advantage in the market.

  • Below are the two mandatory requirements to initiate a Cooperation with Titans RE. Additional requirements are on optional/recommendation basis.

    1️⃣Sales Authorization (mandatory):

    Titans RE must be authorized by the property ownership to initiate transaction talks with our investors. You would need to obtain an evidence for the Sales Authorization from the legal Owners of the property.

    💡We accept different confirmations, incl. emails.

    2️⃣Direct Sell-Mandate:

    A valid and direct sell-mandate for the subject property from the Ownership is required.

    💡The Referral Program constitutes the only exception to this. Referral Agents may introduce Brokers and Sales Intermediaries that can fulfill this Requirement.

  • Titans RE offers purely success-based models, hybrid and purely upfront-paid Models. As our Sell-side Partner, you can choose your preferences, however, we might not always be able to offer a cooperation with the chosen preferences.

    1️⃣ Co-Brokerage Model: Both parties get independently compensated by their own clients. Optionally, we offer a fairness clause which will be included to guarantee both sides 25% of each other's obtained success fee, in case one party fails to receive their compensation from their client.

    2️⃣ Fee Split (Owner paid): The compensation of both parties comes from the Owner's commission.

    3️⃣ Introduction Model: In this model, you pay a fee per introduction of a qualified hospitality or RE investor-prospect. They have signed a NDA with Titans RE and already been pitched with the most relevant information about your property but not the name and address. You will be involved in the correspondence. The fee is individually defined and independent from the outcome of the introduction.

    4️⃣ Service Model: Sell-side partner or Owner can use Titans RE's unique platform with a one-time upfront payment or monthly payment without guaranteeing or sharing any commissions (exact costs will be quoted if selected). The model includes an off-market listing for up to 12 months in our portfolio and guaranteed monthly pitching quantities and reportings. The fee is individually agreed and independent from the success of introductions. Properties with this model are prioritized.

REFERRAL MODEL

Select this Partnership Model if you have no direct sell-mandate but in close relationship with Property Owners or Brokers.

  • Referral Agents have usually a nexus to property owners or real estate sales intermediaries. Examples include:

    ◾Brokers and Agents
    ◾Architects
    ◾Developers
    ◾Lawyers
    ◾Accountants
    ◾Independent Advisors
    ◾Asset Managers
    ◾Networking Event Managers

  • Titans RE operates with quality standards and requires therefore the following in order to submit properties for our portfolio:

    ◾Sales Authorization: Titans RE must be authorized by the property ownership to initiate transaction talks with investors. The introduced Co-Broker will be informed what evidences are accepted.

    ◾Sell-Mandate: Referral Agent must introduce Brokers/Sales Intermediaries (Co-Broker) with a valid and direct Sell-Mandate from the Ownership or an authorized representative.

  • Participating in this exclusive program will allow you to build a long-term income stream through your trusted position in your strategic network.

    Referring Agents signing this agreement and fulfilling its requirements get 25% of the net Success Fee that Titans RE receives in case of a successful deal closure.

  • ◾Intransparent Deals: Untrue, unverified or grey-zone deal opportunities will not be admitted into our Portfolio and may invalidate existing contracts.

    ◾Overprized or double-prized Assets: Too highly priced properties won't be accepted. Properties where the initial verifications reveal a different pricing than the asking price offered to our Investors.
