Method 1 - Properties from our Scouts
Titans RE deploys skilled Opportunity Analysts to identify hidden pearls ideal for revitalization or transformation. The identification is based on a internally developed Opportunity Scoring-System with 30+ indicators assessed (R-Score & T-Score). This methodology is based on public data, market feedback, reports, on-site visits and/or internal algorithms.
Method 2 - Properties from our own Clientele
We build relationships from scratch and help owners to take informed decisions to hold or sell their Hotels. If the ownership decides to sell, we model the business opportunity and invite first our registered investors for talks.
Method 3 - Properties from our Co-Brokers
In-line with its credo of professionalism and reliability, Titans RE is developing a network of carefully selected partners to extend our reach and bring in more deals for our investors.
