While most of our competitors accept properties only with exclusivity rights, retainers or upfront fees, Titans RE selects carefully its deals and does not require any exclusivity rights. Our Prime Residences are featured by an excellent location and/or outstanding construction quality with recognized certifications. If you are a Developer, please note that we only accept Off-plan properties from developers with a demonstrated track-record in the country of the property.
In order to complete our onboarding due diligence and to showcase your property on www.titans.re/residences we need ideally an Exposé or at least:
◾Floorplans (for each unit to be sold)
◾Professional (3D) images and videos (alternatively our Art Director can produce these for you)
◾Asking Price, Downpayment & Payment Plans (if applicable)
◾Table of available units (for projects with multiple units only)
◾Official documents (Cadastral registration, ownership information, etc)
◾Other relevant information (valuation reports, certifications, authorizations, mortgage documentation, etc.)
